I called concerned about my water heater. Eddie came out inspected what I have and explained the situation very thoroughly. He also gave me a quote if I want to replace an upgrade my current water heater. Since he was here for HPS, I showed him the backwash that was corroded. He will be replacing that for me next month. Great attitude and very friendly and explained everything so that me as a female can understand! I highly recommend using this company. When I called for the appointment on Friday they gave me a Monday appointment.

The first plumbing company I called refused to check in the crawl space after the leak was found to not be from inside the house.They basically refused the job. I called HPS and they arrived promptly. Manny and Frank arrived and diagnosed and fixed the problem.I will call HPS first from now on.

Woke up this morning the way no one ever wants to... with two flooded bathrooms. I called HPS and they told me that they would get someone out this afternoon. Well, just a couple of minutes later, I got a call from a tech telling me that he could actually be there right now. So from call to arrival was only about half an hour. Both techs (Frankie and Jesse) were very friendly and helpful, and very clearly explained what the issue was. I can't fault anyone, from the people who initially answered my call, to the techs, to the billing department, on their customer service. Was the price a little high? I don't know. Plumbers are expensive in general, and when you're up to your ankles in water, you're not counting pennies. But there were no surprises. I was told how much the service would cost and why in advance, which is more than a lot of companies do. I will definitely call HPS in the future.
