1. Description of Service Titan

ServiceTitan is a project management platform that allows HPS Mechanical, Inc. to send text (SMS) messages or other notifications to customers about their service appointments, updates, and related information.

2. Consent to Receive Communications

HPS Mechanical, Inc. collects opt-in consent in the following ways:
 
  1. Verbal Opt-In: Customers can opt-in to receive SMS-based communications either in person at one of our physical locations or a customer service location, or over the phone during a call with our staff. When registering a customer for the first time, we ask for a phone number and ensure our staff ask if the customer would like to opt-in to SMS-based billing and service notifications. Customers are verbally informed of the following:
    • Message and data rates may apply.
    • Message frequency may vary based on the nature of service.
    • Customers can text HELP for support or more information.
    • Customers can text STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
    • Customer phone number will not be shared with any third-parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
  2. Website/Online Opt-In: By submitting our online form, you consent to receive either SMS-based or email communications from HPS Mechanical, Inc. at the number or email provided, including messages sent by an auto-dialer. Consent is not a condition of service.

    • You may unsubscribe at any time by reply STOP or clicking on the unsubscribe link (where available).

3. Message Frequency Disclosure

The number of messages you receive will depend on the nature of your service and communication preferences. Typically, you can expect:

  • Appointment-related updates: 1–5 messages per appointment.
  • Service updates: Additional messages may be sent if there are delays or critical updates.
  • Feedback requests: 1–2 follow-up messages after service completion.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Your information will not be shared with third-parties for any marketing or promotional purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. If you opt out, you will no longer receive text updates regarding your service.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number you provide is accurate and up to date. HPS Mechanical, Inc. is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect contact information.

7. Service Availability

The delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. HPS Mechanical, Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery.

8. Modification of Terms

HPS Mechanical, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Service Titan after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
